Step - 1 Click the settings gear button on right Side top section

Step - 2 From Drop down Menu Click on the General Tab

Step - 3 Scroll Down and select the option below “No signature” to turn the feature

Step - 4 Enter the signature would you like to Automatically send to the Every Email.
